It was chilly, but once we started running

the different obstacles and courses we warmed

up fast or we were having too much fun to notice!

SEWMEC Open Show in Manitowoc on June 2nd, 2012.  We had a great time!

Here are some pictures from it.

Here are the end results!

DID YOU HEAR ABOUT THE MINIATURE HORSE THAT WAS INVITED TO A BIRTHDAY PARTY???   Well actually it was two miniature horses at a birthday party!  Dolly and Rosey were asked to come to a birthday party.  Rosey was only a little older then a month old.  She did great!  The kids had a blast, they lead them all over the place and got to hang out with them for the whole afternoon.  I am still debating if the kids or the horses had the best time.  I got to say everyone had fun!

FOALS ARRIVED IN MAY 2011...one filly and one colt.

MIDWEST HORSE FAIR 2011...was April 15, 16, and 17th.  We were able to enjoy all three days.  Weather was not the best, but we toughed it out and still had a great time.  We were able to meet up with some old friends and once again met some fascinating new people.  I would like to thank all those people that took time to tell us stories of their experiences.  It is always neat to hear what is working and what isn't in the equine world.  Got to sit in on some great speakers too.

Here are some pictures of our farrier, Kelly William (see his information on the links page) competing in the Tosaky Forge Novice Class (where he has to make two horse shoes).  GREAT JOB KELLY!!!

Here is a picture of our daughter participating with Derrick Dupler and Rhia (the painting trick horse).  Rhia was teaching the kids how to dance.  It was great to see both of them again.  Derrick is a great trainer and Rhia is an awesome horse!

Another hard winter has passed, bringing us many challenges.

Here is a couple pictures of the blizzard on 02-02-11.

We participated in the Beaver Dam Halloween Horse Only Parade.

Here is our daughter as Little Bo Peep with her lost sheep, Whisper.

On October 24th we moved Dolly to PJ Pastures to finish up her training.  Thanks Jeanna and family!

Here are a couple videos of us working Dolly inside the arena.
